What do you all take to help with PMS?
I've stopped the pill, I'm due for my period next week and I am ripping people's heads off every time I open my mouth! I can feel irritation and frustration boiling away inside me, making me want to blow my top...

Red raspberry leaf tea can help. Also magnesium supplements. Some essential oils you can use include clary sage, rose and jasmine. A few drops in a bath or mixed with a carrier oil and massaged onto your skin.
Otherwise, punching pillows or kickboxing class can help.
