    Lemons!

    I have been given SO many lemons, no idea how to use them all!
    Anyone have some recipes to use up a few??
    Savoury or sweet is welcome, the more lemons the better

    You can preserve them using sea salt and filtered water in mason jars. Just preserve them whole then you can use them throughout the year.

    Slice them up and put them in jugs of water or every glass you drink - so good for you! Homemade lemonade, great for salad dressings, on fish...

    We also at times have to many lemons and DH makes lemon butter which never lasts long as DD2 will eat it all, lemon cordial, squeezed over fish, lemon slice and there is alot of recipes for lemon puddings

    Make sure it's in an airtight container and it should last 2-4 weeks. It is easy to make so you don't need to make large amounts.
