    wedding photo- silly question.

my sister has just recently seperated from her no-so Dh who cheated on her with the secretary  I am close with my sister and she is coming to stay with ne for a week or so.
anyway, i was her matron of honor when they got married- back in our skinny days as we call it. on her wedding day her and i got an amazing photo taken together... i must admit we looked beautiful...her in her wedding dress and all... and as a result many years ago i had the photo enlarged and framed for each of us.
sooo ....should i take this photo off the wall when she comes?
I know she will notice that I have taken it down...sillly question but i am really interested in what you would do. I will probably end.up asking her anyway.....

If its only the two of you and doesn't have her Ex-DH in it then I would leave it up. Especially if it is a nice pic of the two of you.

My Sister and her then fiance gave my DH and I an AMAZING vase as an engagement present and had it engraved. I still use it on a regular basis and my sister is now married to someone different

Sounds like a beautiful photo. I'd leave it and ask your sister when she arrives if it bothers her.

I was thinking about how i would feel if it was me and i would think it would be such a waste to put such a special picture away. I wasn't sure if that just me though.

    Thanks for your replies

If she doesn't like it why not go to one of those make-over photog places and get a new one

Leave it up I think, take it down if she asks you to or if she breaks down at the sight of it.

for her, sorry her husband is such an arse.
