    Yeast free

I have had the joy of discovering i have a mold and fungus allergy, combine with dairy eggs and strawberry. Im am so craving bread ( and a cold beer) but can't find a recipe for bread that doesn't have yeast in it.
    Has anybody got anything?
Im struggling with breakfast the most. Need something to go with my plain black coffee

Check out Eat Nourishing. There's a couple of bread recipes there, including Essene bread and an oatmeal sourdough. There's also a coconut flour choc chip banana bread I am so going to make. Except you have an egg allergy....soaked chia seeds can replace egg.

You could also try making pancakes or pikelets. Make them up in advance and reheat for breakfast. There are some GAPS recipes that could help.

I make pancakes and pikelets with the kids but they have dairy in si just drool. Sometimes i sneak 1 but Im cheating myself because i pay for it. I'll look up those chips on Google and see if i can get those here thanks.
I been doing bacon and fried tomatoes for breakfast too- eggs for everybody else.
Stupid allergys. Hope when i get home they calm down a bit. Think the dustmite 1 should. China is land of dust.
I could be less stubborn and eat local fare for breakfast, watery rice soup or millet but its not the same as vegemite on hot buttered toast
I'll open that recipe book to, thanks for reminding me. Gotta get more organised

I can get chia seeds. Yay! So i grind them and add water and use like an egg or just pop in with dry ingredients?
    Might make some "breakfast bars"

I have purchased yeast free bread from the health food before. I guess as you can't tolerate mold that puts out sourdough? A natural yeast?

To use chia as an egg substitute, grind and add water. I think Quirky Cooking had an explanation of how much.

I shall investigate LandB . The chia seeds look like a good food to know about. But will need to be careful at 1st cause i already have low bp.
Yes sourdough isn't really an option but a friend has suggested camp bread- damper
