    Anything else that will do it, that doesn't cost $2,000....

    You can make a lot of different flours with a food processor and a coffee or herb grinder. Make sure they are both good quality and have good motors.

    ETA: Home electric flour mills though are much cheaper than $2000 and if you plan to use it very often, worth the investment.

    so if I put rice in my food processor it'll make flour? it doesn't seem like that would work.... guess I can find out.

    We have a shop near me that grinds up flours etc....maybe try finding something similar over there
