I spoke to a really friendly, cheerful and helpful lady today and wanted to know if there's any way of passing positive feedback on her to her supervisor.
I didn't get a receipt number but I do know her name - if I quote my centrelink number would that show on my file who i spoke to? If so, how do I pass on my feedback?
you can provide feedback on the c'link webpage (or human services) - put in your CRN and the approximate time of the call - every consultant that accesses your file leaves a "footprint" so the person will be found very easily and the feedback passed on to their team leader
i believe the feedback option is under the contact us option on the page
online is much easier - no waiting on hold!
