fresh chives - what to make

i have some chives growing in a herb garden and i want to use them in something for dinner. any ideas? i have frozen fish fillets in the freezer? i have beef and chicken as well. what do chives go well in? any recipe ideas for dinner?

Hubby like chives in pancakes and sweet chilli sauce for breakfast- add some sausage/ bacon/ eggs and its a great breakfast.
Made the same way as normal pancakes, but no sugar and a little more salt.

Can't think of anything you would use in dinner.. but my mum makes these cheese & chive biscuits - kind of like savoury melting moments. They are so good!
