That droopy piece of skin over my tummy...

If i look at the rest of me, it's kinda ok. I can cope (to some extent).
I have this piece of droopy skin though over the bottom of my tummy (near the top of the pubic bone ITMS). I want so desperately do get rid of it.
Anyone have ideas on good exercises to tone that part?? it just hangs over the top of everything and i hate it. If i can tone it up id be happrier to wear skirts etc.

Mine is still there, but I have had to c/s so a bit different and the only thing that has worked is losing weight overall and exercising core strength which I do through running and yoga exercises. No spot exercises will fix it unfortunately hun and I still have 6 kgs to go, but have definitely noticed it has gotten smaller as I have been exercising more and losing weight.

ETA: I realised I have no idea of your weight and stupidly assuming you need to lose it like me, if not then maybe doing lots of core exercises could help?

Give it time, it will get there.

The main things for sag is to tone up, so if you are losing weight then do exercises that will also tone up the areas where you want to lose the sag. Losing weight quickly or without exercising to tone up can take longer for the skin to tighten up.

Mine has gotten smaller as I've toned up and lost some weight. I don't have much hope for it to be completely gone as the skin is stretched and all that jazz from my babies. Some of my stretchies are so wide.

    Good luck.
