I've decided its not or never. I'm going to do some measurements tonight before i start this all over again (with success this time!!).
Which measurements are the best ones to measure progress? Where do i measure from?? I'll judge my weight by the scales at the gym because i don't have scales at home. This will help me stay consistant.
Generally you need to make sure you are measuring in the same spot each time so
- around your waist, on the belly button line
- around your bust, with no bra, on your nipple line
- around your hips, widest point, I use just below my hip bone
- thighs, measure a point up from the top of your knee cap and record how far so you get the same point each time
- upper arms, measure down from top of shoulder.
