    Healthy dips for a party

So we are a having a babay shower for a girl at work. I'm going to take a fruit and vege platter so that I can continue my healthy eating routine.
What are some yummy but healthy dip ideas I can add to the tray?? The lower the fat/salt/sugar content the better

Turkish carrot dip. Serve it up with a beetroot dip and hommus as well. The colours really look wonderful together on the plate especially if you sprinke some contrasting colours over them. Sumac for the carrots and or hommus. A little swirl of yogurt on the beetroot.
And fresh bread from yout local turkish or lebanese shop.

    Ingredients

4 medium sized carrot, peeled and finely grated
    1 tbp olive oil
1 tsp salt and a bit more
    1 cup natural yoghurt
    2 garlic cloves, finely grated
A gentle squeeze of lemon juice
A sprinkling of sumac, paprika or garnish with parsley or dried mint, your choice

    Method
In a large skillet, cook the carrot with the oil and some salt until just cooked through. Set aside to cool down a bit.

Mix the carrot with the yoghurt, garlic. Taste for salt and add lemon juice if needed.

Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle sumac, paprika or garnish with parsley or dried mint, your choice.

Serve with bread (turkish or lebanese).
