My 3yo loves her one, so yes i would get it![]()
I'm looking at buying a gorgeous Hape wooden doll house for DD1 (who has just turned 3) for Christmas. It's in our playgroup fundraising brochure and is a really good, exclusive deal which finishes today.
So, is a doll house a good idea for a 3 year old? It's wooden as is all the beautiful furniture and dolls so it should last a long time.
Any thought (ASAP!) would be appreciated!

Yes, my dd still sneaks in a play with hers and she is 10.
Get it! They love it, it gets played with for years.
Excellent! Thanks girls!
I thought it was so expensive at first but after a lot of research, it seems like a bargain. It's $300 for the house plus seven rooms of furniture, a full family and pets! It's adorable!!
That is probably a good price for everything, and you have a second girl that will make use of it as well. Go for it!
That's what I thought too Arte. I say that about a lot of my purchases now, lol!
That's a great price. My girls love theirs
Sounds like a lovely present and a good price especially with all the gear to go with it.
Eta- each room of furniture is priced at about $50 and the actual houses at a quick glance about $200. I say go for it, especially if your 3yo likes imaginary play.
Had to share a pic. I think I'll love it just as much as DD!

Bummer, it's not very clear but you get the idea. It's the Hape All Seasons dolls house. It's even got a little nursery set for the baby complete with a play gym!
it's totally awesome and will be played with for years and years!
Aww so cute I am sure she will love it!!! Both my boys love imaginary play.
Thanks again girls, my order has been placed. Yippee!
