HELP! Locked out of Online Services Account

Yesterday I tried to report my earning through the iPhone app. For some reason it wouldn't work.

Anyways, so I got home yesterday and tried to log on through my computer and its now saying my online service account has been suspended.

Does anyone know if its only suspended for a certain amount of time?

I needed to report yesterday so this obviously means there is going to be a delay in my pay

That's happened to me before too. It's such a pita. I think it locks you out for 24 hours but keep trying in case I'm wrong.

It is a pain. Cause I can't ring and talk to anyways because it all had to happen on a damn Friday afternoon!!

I'm kicking myself I didnt remember earlier as I was on the laptop all morning working on an assignment!!

When I try and re-log in on my phone it says I'm locked out for 12 hours but when I log in on the comp, it just says my account has been suspended. So i'll just keep trying through the day.

You can call to report income 24/7 if that's any help? Just look up the number on the centerlink website and it's there under "report income" in the phone numbers section. It's something like 13 EARN.

you'll likely be locked out for 12-24 hours. once that time elapses, you can go back online. or, as mentioned, you can use the phone service. if you're not registered that way already, it will go through and help you register with id details stored on your c'link file (which may mean you need to grab ID and have it with you like DL, birth certificate, medicare card)

ETA - it's not going to matter when you report now as long as it's done by monday at cut off time as anything after cut off time friday is counted as reporting monday.

BG - When I lodged my reporting it said I won't be paid till Tuesday even though I usually get paid on Mondays. I hope it's in on Monday!!

no, it won't pay you until Tuesday - if it's not done by the time the payments are generated on Friday evening (about 6pm), it doesn't matter what time you report, it won't be processed until Mondays payments, so it will be a day later than normal
