Chicken pox?

Just discovered these (photo: https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...achmentid=3126 ) on DS's back.
He had a couple of spots on his face a few days ago which looked like pimples and have since cleared up, they didn't scab.
He has a few in his nappy area that are the size of pin *****s and could easily be heat rash, but I'm not sure.
One spot on his tummy 2 days ago that looked like a pimple, again cleared up and never scabbed.
And now these ones that look a little red but he says they aren't itchy and they don't seem to be bothering him at all.
No other symptoms. A little grumpy, but it would be entirely reasonable if that was from being left to fend for himself, beyond basics, for most of the week due to me being sick.

WDYT? Is it really mild chicken pox or am I just noticing them because I'm on the look out?

When my two older boys had chicken pox the blisters were quite a bit bigger than those. Are the actually blisters with fluid, can you tell? It could be a really mild case I guess, but could be heat rash or pimpley things too lol not much help I was. The ones my kids had and others I've seen were all bigger than that though.

im no expert but both my older 2 have had it and they where nothing like that. Much bigger and like willow said had blister things

Gosh, I hope you're right! Ill have a look in the morning. Fx they're just pimples or something...
