Dry Skin, Rash or Something Else?

DD2 has had a dry patch of skin around her mouth and a few small pimple like spots randomly show up in the last week.
Last week she has a serious temperature spike and i rushed her to the local GP, no throat infection, ear infection, cough or cold she HAD had a small red patch behind her knee that morning but it was gone by the time we got to the Dr.

Over the weekend we went to my nan's 70th and the dry skin around her mouth became quite red and angry looking, her cheeks went red, she had little raised red dots and the patch behind her knee was also red, she felt warm but not overly hot nd wasn't itching or scratching but was not her usual chirpy self.

Now i took photo's of the rash (which i will upload off my phone) but it's back to just dry skin and a few skin colored bumps around her face.

I have a red rash on the inside of my elbow which is doing the same thing, skin colored then randomly it goes red and yuck looking.

Any ideas what it could be? I have a Dr's appt for her just after 2 so will show them the pics too.

I should also add DD1 now has a cough and runny nose, so do i and DD2 is still randomly not herself.

    Oh poor thing

Could it be an allergic reaction? I'm allergic to some suncreens and I get a rash that looks similar to that.

Hope the doc can shed some light

Dry Skin, Rash or Something Else?

She's had allergies before but she hasn't eaten or worn anything different and now 2 days later there is still a dry patch of skin and skin colored spots?

Dr said it is eczema that has been agrivated by her getting a cold and now the sudden changes in weather... looks like it's going to be an interesting summer for her
