Strep throat or from the virus?? or Thrush...what to do??

We have all had a viral throat infecting two weeks ago and now we all have coughs, now my 19 month old has alot of white stuff on the back of her throat, its hard to look, but it looks like it covers the Uvular and all around where her tonsils are, although i dont think her tonsils look huge, and on the back of her tongue.
Any ideas????
