    Middle Name for Ellie choices

Is Ellie going to be short for anything? I'm assuming not, but if it is you'd want to make sure it fits with that more than "Ellie". You don't really use a middle name except in more formal situations (or if someone's in trouble ) so you don't really want something jarring

If its just Ellie, I think something short and feminine would suit best. I can't see your list on my phone though :-/

It's just Ellie and our last name is R.a.d.c.l.i.f.f.e. So, something short goes better with a longer last name in my opinion.

Yes, I always call my Son by his first and second names when in trouble hehehe

    The List is

    Ellie Louise
    Ellie Caroline
    Ellie Jane
    Ellie Katherine
    Ellie Sarah
    Ellie Claire

    Like any?

Ellie Louise would be my pick hun
I just think its flows nicely and as Ellie is a lovely short name, Louise just seems just seems fit perfect next to it! If that makes sense

I don't know why but I have the name Ellie Katherine stuck in my head! I am not even sure if I like it together but it's in there and won't leave...

Perhaps you can call her Ellie Katherine, but if you wanted to call out to her using both names you could say "Ellie Kate"

Hummmm good point. Isn't it funny how most of us mums when selecting a first name, always pick a suitable middle name based on how it will sound when we're yelling at our children. "Ellie Kate! Stop jumping on the couch!"

So.....we're thinking it will most likely be Ellie Jane ...for now.....A lady I know just had a baby and called her Charlotte Grace....I kind of mourned a little. LOL! I love both of those names and DH hates them. But I really love Ellie, and DH says he likes it to so it's a win for us.
