Private patients in Qld once all risk factors were taken out had a 44% c/s rate compared to 27% for public patients. Given that Qld doesn't usually publish data on maternity at all, this is one of the few ways of at least gleaning some info if you're trying to choose care providers or place of birth there.

Yeah, I know far too many Qld c/s stories too unfortunately, having grown up there I still have friends and family up north.
