Hand foot and mouth in adults

So it seems dd has/had hf&m disease. And passed it on to me and possibly dh, I have spots appearing very very rapidly all over my hands and feet, as well as in my mouth, none on my face yet though (thank god) anything we can do to help them go away quicker? Some of them are quite itchy, but it's mainly when they're starting to go from spots to blisters, and once it blisters they just get uncomfortable.
Only 1-2 of the mouth ones hurt, the rest I can't feel, but I have a sore throat.
Doc said no AB's, which I don't mind, I hate taking them, but I just want something to make these go away quicker!
    Any suggestions? Please?

Teatree oil in a burner helps to stimulate your immune system.
Vit e oil may help with the blisters. Vit c, echinacea, olive leaf extract are also great.

Sounds like your in for an uncomfortable few days

Hand food and mouth in adults

Big hugs love! I caught them off my friends little boy about a year ago and it was horrible.

Stay away from citrus if you can. I had a 'sore throat' as well but very quickly realised it was a throat full of blisters and found out the hard way (with a glass of orange juice)

Vit c in any form. I have echineacea and olive leaf extract in liquid form for the kids and capsule for adults.
Would something like pinetarsol help relieve the itching? its stinky but from memory it is great in a bath or spray on
