Just trying to think of what to get DS 22 months for Christmas....thinking about a trike maybe....he is a real outdoors little guy...so wanted to get him something that would entertain him outside. We have a cubby, swing/slide set, ride on toys... What does your little one love?

Dirt! I'm making her a little area of the garden that's just for her, with good soil she can get her hands into, some flowers I'm happy for her to pick, pots and spades that she can use to transfer stuff (she loves doing that). Also getting her one of those clam shells and having half sand half water, again, she loves getting her hands in the and and digging

Hopefully it will be jumping on the trampoline - she's getting one for Christmas.

Our DS will be 20 months at Christmas. He's an outdoor guy too. He's getting a trike and also a small Thomas the Tank Engine tent. It's for inside use or outside on a sunny day. He's also getting chalk so that he can draw on the pavers outside and we can just wash it down to clean it up. I'm so excited for Christmas this year!

Our little guy is a bit older but he has always loved trampolines and his sandpit.

My daughter will turn 2 just before Christmas. We are getting her a small trampoline and I can't wait to see her face when she works out what it's for! She loves jumping on our bed so hopefully she'll love that!

Hose in the sandpit keeps mine entertained for hours. Clam shells are good too.

DS is just gone 3 but has loved (and still loves)

    Trampoline and
    Roller coaster

Water. A bucket, a few measuring cups, a few containers, some bubbles, a whisk & a wooden spoon or ladel. Not exactly a christmas present idea, but they love it all the same!

our trike collects spiderwebs hahaha. but i think having girls we are swayed by dodgy dolly strollers

our kids love the clam shell. one half for swimming and the other half for sandpit. cheap and cheerful!

Water water water! I'm not sure how that turns into a Christmas present but that is what my DD is into.

We have a couple of those 35l tubs with cups and a sieve and a few water toys.

ds loves the water too and running in the sprinkler, last year he loved his sand and water table and I think he will love that again this year. We have bought him a cubby & dh is building him a sandpit. This will all be ready just before christmas I think but they aren't really christmas prezzies as such. He loves his swing set with trampoline/slide & swings! which he got just before he was 2. For christmas he'll be getting a sit on digger for the sand pit and a Little Tikes Makin Mud Pie table to sit next to the cubby which I'm sure he will adore! He also has a metal wheelbarrow which come with a shovel, rake and something else but they stay in the shed.
