CCR paid direct to me, but weekly in the quarter after it was accrued?

I have read the other thread with the scenarios but am a little confused. At the end of the last quarter so around mid october - I got a letter saying my CCR was say $500 and was going to be repaid to my account - now in the past I have then seen that amount go into my account on receipt of that letter.

However I don't appear to have received that amount - instead weekly I am getting approx $75 which is listed on Centrelink website as - "Arrears payment of Child Care Rebate"

So am I getting that $500 in weekly installments?

(I did think I had opted for it to be paid directly to me fortnightly - but maybe mistakenly I had thought that this would be the CCR for the each fortnight just gone)

It doesn't appear to be enough to be the CCR for current weeks because I now have two children in childcare.

I am going to go into office (or is phone better?) to try find out because I am totally confuddled with it all - I seem to be paying far more per month than I should be I think but maybe that is because I will start getting more rebate next quarter but still paid weekly?

I wouldn't have chosen this option if I had known that I would be getting it weekly a quarter after I paid it - it seems a bit odd - also I would have thought that if the $500 was being split like this that I would have a letter somewhere showing the breakdown.

Or maybe the $500 has gone awry and some other reason why rebate amount not right.

Or is that letter stating what they already paid to me for that quarter - I was getting payments but only totals up to a vaguely similar amount.

It's stating what was already paid to you in the previous quarter.
