3yr Old Kinder

I can't seem to find a thread where this has been answered..I apologise if it has already.

Does 3yr old Kinder work like 4yr Old Kinder for Centrelink rebates? Can I put a claim in at the end of year or term and get a rebate like I would for 4yr Old Kinder?
It's not through a creche, it's through and independent 3yr Old Kinder through the Council.

We did.

The kinder needs to be a registered or approved (can't remember which is which) childcare provider for with Centrelink.

But yes, we claimed CCB and CCR with DD1's private kindergarten in 2011.
