I use Rundouble. I think they are all the same, really, just some might be more capable of recording distance than others etc. I run on the treadmill at the moment so that is really not an issue for me!!
The original one but it's now called Ease into 5 km although I don't use it anymore and just run! I use Runkeeper for all my walks etc. I find the GPS more accurate than the Nike + etc..
I like ease into 5K as you can use your own music, I also had the original podcasts downloaded and they were pretty good, had Steve the creator giving positive reinforcement every now and then
