Strawberry Santa Hats!

DD1 has her kinder party tomorrow so we made these Strawberry Santa hats:

Cut the stem from the strawberry leaving a flat base.

Melt white choc, dip strawberries base in shallow chocolate as evenly as possible (not as easy as you would think).

Set on baking paper in the fridge.

Whip some cream (I added I ing sugar to stiffen) then pipe small 'Pom poms' on tip of strawberries.

Set in the fridge then enjoy!

These are great!!! Last year I made them and used white chocolate to dip around the base then dip the tip in and roll base and tip in coconut ) they look and taste so good!!!

I think the kinder kids will like them.

Yeah we taste tested last night
