How do you cope when a year has gone by,
and sit and you look and you wonder why,
The baby you carried in your body with care,
is gone, is gone, like she was never there?

I wish you here my beautiful girl,
your heart beating wildly as daddy would whirl
you round and around, and you'd giggle with glee
on the day you were one, with your family.

I still can't bear that I won't hold you again
'till I rest with you in Heaven's garden
I'm sending you love, and kisses, and pray,
that my darling Poppy has a happy birthday.

I miss you so much darling, and I think about you every second of everyday. Watch for your butterflies, they're on their way <3
