Help! Blind pimple!

I have this massive blind pimple near my eyebrow and it's so painful and giving me a headache. It's disgusting to look at ( ok, I think it looks worse than what it really does.. you know how that is when you're self-conscious about things. ) and red.

What do you do to help reduce the inflammation?
I searched around and read a few things but not sure if they actually work or not. Even if it works a little to reduce redness before I go to work in a few hours tonight.

Ice it and use a green tint concealer if you have one. But ice will help more than anything.

Apply Apple Cider Vinegar. Just keep doing that and it should help.

this is an overnight solution. Apply a warm compress for a few minutes. Before bed, apply toothpaste to the affected area. Yes toothpaste lol. It needs to be the plain white kind, not mint stripe if you can help it. Something in the toothpaste seemscto suck out any moisture, I.e the head. 9 times out of 10 it'll bring the core to the surface. If not- repeat until it does. If you can't burst it with a gentle squeeze, leave it.
