    blue lips

Ds has blue lips today, he is 11 months. Should I be worried?
He has had a cough for about a week but it has been getting better. Everything else is as normal.

Definitely hospital.blue fingers and toes are fine because that's the bodies natural defence to protect organs during sickness and fever.
Blue lips or a blue tongue mean not enough oxygen is getting to the brain.
I hope that it is something else and that he is well, stalking for an update xxx

I'm sorry if i scared anybody. We rang my mchn, who lives just around the corner. I was giving him a breastfeed and he pinked up again. As everything else was ok, she said just to watch him but if it comes back to head in. We was fine overnight and everything ok. Think i will take him in to drs today just to get him checked out. Thanks for concern, and apologies again if you were worried. I kinda forgot i posted and just rang someone local.
