Adenomyosis and endometriosis can they be combined?

Im asking that as im week 3 post last af and hospitalised for pain control and now experiencing the familiar signs leading up to AF...

If you have adenomyosis can you have endo as well ?

And im having a lap hyster and D&C for a dx purposes on Jan 21 yay
