    Leg cramps

3 days ago I got a leg cramp in the morning before I got out of bed. I usually get them at that time if I get them and they are always in my calf. I just massage the muscle and when it stops hurting I am good to go. But this time it's different. I got out of bed,it was fine. Had a shower and sat down to eat some cereal before work and when i got up the muscle was so sore and tender like I had pulled it. So I went to work limping around until about 3pm when it finally eased a bit. And now every morning when i get out of bed or after I have been sitting down the muscle is so tender when I use it again.

Is this pregnancy related? I have never experienced this before, it usually goes in 10 minutes. Am I lacking in something to cause cramps? TIA

    Leg cramps

Start taking a calcium and magnesium supplement and a potassium supplement and it'll clear right up It is pregnancy related, with DD1 I had epic leg cramps that would have me rolling around in agony lol
