I am trying to use up my bottle of Palmer's olive oil body lotion.... I think it's awful! It is so thick that aince the bottle was new I've had to store in upside down, in the hope that it will settle at the top so that I can actually get some out of the bottle! There is less than half left I think, but I am going to have to cut the bottle open to be able to get any more out without it spraying around like you know what....
And, that's not the worst of it. I'm not sure if it is because it is so thick, but it really doesn't spread very nicely on the skin. Even on freshly exfoliated skin, it will not absorb very well. It's like when your Mum would rub sunscreen on you and you would be left with a white coating on your skin. Yuk. Or, it will basically gather in smudges and has to be washed off. They don't rub in at all. I have to wash my hands after using it because it stays in the lines on the backs of my hands and looks awful.
The only good thing, is that if it does go into your skin, it doesn't feel oily.
So, I need to have a new body lotion, with spf please, to look forward to for as soon as I finish this stuff! And nothing too expensive please....
