    Changing taps

How hard is it to change taps from the two tap system (separate taps for hot and cold) to a mixer type tap? I want to change over the taps in the kitchen, and Dh said he would do it, but he'll take forever to get round to it, so I was thinking about tackling it myself if that is possible...

So does anyone know how hard it is to do it?

    Thanks

I've never had an issue changing taps, but have never done two to one. I imagine you should be able to find a number of how to vids on You Tube with ease too.

Make sure you turn the water off at the mains first!

It can be hard, because you not only have to change the taps but the piping underneath the vanity. This is something that I would leave to a qualified plumber. It is also something that may be an issue during a building inspection or under an insurance claim if not done properly.
