Eden Brae - were you happy with them?

Have you built with Eden Brae? If so, were you happy with them? was there hidden costs etc?

I'm going to be interested in this post. We're planning to build with EB as soon as the estate we're wanting to buy in releases the land in the area we want to be in.
I've followed a few blogs of people that have build through EB and just love their designs. DH and I have visited a number of their display homes and I used to be a display home hostess/ Sales consultant for a rival home builder so I have an idea of what's good & bad. So far EB have been fabulous. We're planning to build the Hawthorne 31 with some minor changes. Our sales consultant here has been extremely helpful with doing up prices etc for us without us having to sign the contracts etc as we're yet to get land. When we do, they're going to put it all together as a house and land package.
I'd suggest googling Eden Brae homes and your local area and see what pops up. There are a few forums around that offer loads of advice and differing experiences.
