    Raising awareness for epilepsy

Just asking you to like & share this page. If this is against rules I'm sorry, but this means too much to me to not share here.

On 23 January I lost my 16 year old cousin. Asphyxiation due to epileptic seizure.

I'm not asking for donations, just for this page to be liked & shared. My cousins first ever seizure was at school 4 years ago. She often had seizures at school & was bullied beyond belief from then on. I also ask that you talk to your kids.

A seizure is a terrifying thing to see. I can only imagine what the kids who saw this thought, but its not something to be scared of. I've not seen one myself, even though my cousin & her mum were both epileptic. But I know it'd freak me out.

Thankfully she had good friends, who loved her. I just wish so bad that it didn't turn out this way.

So sorry to hear of your loss

    My cousin also has it.

Once had a blackout fit in the shower, just after he had turned the hot water on. Had 3rd degree burns to his back, ended up with many skin grafts. He then got a temperature regulator installed so it never happened again.
