    No appetite

    So some background.....

In the last year, I've lost about 28kg in weight, it has been intentional through healthy eating (mostly) and exercise. Over the last few months I've had no appetite, which has resulted in me losing more than I originally intended, about 5kg.

I've had blood tests and it shows I have a low iron count, which isn't surprising since I'm not eating to well. He has put me on iron tabs and asked me to keep a food diary, I've to eat little and often. He is referring me to a dietician as well.

Question is how do I kick start my appetite?? Will the iron tabs help??

Anyone else been in this situation??

When your iron levels improve so should your appetite.
