    12wbt - question....

The next pre season starts on the 18th March. I really want to sign up for the next one. I'm having surgery on 12th march to have my gall bladder out so now thinking I might not be able to
I don't know enough about the exercise plans and eating plans to know if it's worth me spending $200 this round or wait until the next round.

Can someone help me decide or shed some light on whether you think I will be ok??

    12wbt - question....

I haven't done the 12wbt but have had my gallbladder out recently. I usually do an aerobic/strength class 2-4 times per week and I stopped completely for 3 weeks and then worked "light" and no weights for 3 more. My surgery went smoothly with no complications. So you would be limited for at least half I would think. That said, changing your eating habits and gentle exercise until you recovered would still see some effect I would think?

you can still do it. Follow the menu plan and do light excerise. Ask your dr what they think. Also you can leave sign up right until the 18th so see how you feel. But there are plenty of people who do it with medical conditions, physical things that restrict their ability to exercise and they are all have success. Consult your dr, but I dont really see any reason why you wouldnt be able to do it.

The pre-season is 6 weeks long - you can start the pre-seaon any time within that 6 weeeks and you will be able to follow the program. I think you will be fine

You'll be fine! Go for it, hunni

Just be cautious about the type of exercise you do.
