    Sweaty Hair/Head

I have recently rejoined the gym at work now my maternity leave is over. I'm enjoying it and have lost 3.3kg in less than two weeks . My only issue is I work at a decent intensity for my fitness level and sweat a lot, especially through my head so my hair gets really damp with sweat. Due to the gym opening time and when I start work I don't have time to wash and style my hair. Previously I had longer hair and could wash it and but it in a bun but now I have shorter hair I have to straighten it or I look horrendous.

I'm feeling a little gross not washing it before I start work, although it doesn't look too bad it feels wrong but I don't have time to wash it and refuse to let it be the reason I don't work out

Do you wash your hair after each workout or let it dry naturally? Any other suggestions?

Have you tried dry shampoo? It is really easy to use takes a few seconds to apply and leaves you feeling a bit fresher.

I have this problem too. I also have short hair that I need to straighten, so yesterday I bought a can of dry shampoo. I'm going to give it a go today, I'll let you know what it's like.

Wow!!! Definitely get some dry shampoo. I just went from greasy needs to be washed hair to fluffy and clean feeling. That's amazing. I used the batiste dry shampoo in a pink can.

I get really sweaty when working out too and as others have mentioned Dry Shampoo is great for perking up oily, sweaty lank looking hair. I bought the Lee Stafford Brand from Big W. I also use it when I cbf washing and re-styling/straightening my hair. Gives me at least another 3 days grace

Also - could you wear a head band thingy?? Not sure if it would help (acutally might be worse??) But also might absorb some of the sweat??
