A quick question. We were told we would have an inspection today between 8 and 5 its now 4:45 do i have to let them in if there late?
Asking as after 5 our home gets really busy and would be a pita. Ive waited all day as it is. And if they dont turn up are they allowed to just turn up on monday or do they have to send out a new notification.

As for letting them in, I suppose that depends how much you want your RE onside or not?

Thanks LS. She never turned up. Annoyed as i waited all day as i wanted to show her things. We have reported things that are a danger and they never reply or get round to fixing it. It took dh calling realy upset before they had the leak in the shower fixed it was filling up a 150ltr tub a day!

So i would assume there not on side anyway :S gah
