Pork steaks - will this work?

I've got some pork steaks defrosted for tonight - I'm thinking of possibly doing them in the oven, with some sliced apple, some sultanas, and maybe some white wine, like a casserole type thing?

Could be tough unless you cook them low and slow and long??

I've been doing this! Definitely yum but an still struggling to get the timing right! Hubby said to seal them and then cook them slowly in oven but I haven't tried it yet. Tastes great though
