I can't find a ruler to measure feet to make sense of it, so can anyone please tell me if the cm measurement on the Bloch website (for sizing dance shoes) is the length of their shoe, or the length of the foot to fit that shoe? Please. My brain isn't working, and I just can't see the answer. Thank you.
