You've either over whipped it or its to hot. There's a fine line. DD's birthday was on a 42 degree day and I had to keep the cupcakes in fridge and ice quickly and just basic as it was too warm. Makes it hard!

Every time I use nuttelex it looks like it has separated, that dotty appearance if I look closely. Has anyone else had trouble with it and how to get around it?
