    Another coffee pod question.......

I have a coffee machine from Kmart which is compatible with nespresso pods. I have been using the Lor pods with no probs.

I have been reading in other threads that Woolies pods fit the nespresso machine - is this the woolies select ones????

Are there any other brands compatible with nespresso machines?

    Another coffee pod question.......

The woollies ones fit the Aldi machines & as far as I can tell wouldn't work in a nespresso machine. It has something to do with the direction the water is pushed thru the pod & where the filter bit is.

Same as MD - the woolworths & Gloria jeans fit in the aldi machine but the nespresso ones are different.

We have a nspresso machine and woollies have just come out with a line that fits the machines. The come in packs of 10 and are about $5 a pack. Can't remember the name but will check for you. I used to work with the world headquarters of nestle in Swiss and there was major stress that the patent on the pods was ending. So from the end of last year other manufacturers can replicate the original design and pods will fit in the nespresso machines.

That's awesome Mrs O. I remember how thrilled we were to discover we could use the Woollies pods (convenience factor) and I'm sure this is very useful info for the op.
