Claiming CCB on registered care

Finally received the receipt for last terms After Kinder Care. Have looked on line about how to claim and have come across a rather lengthy form:
Claim and notes for Child Care Benefit for registered care form (FA018)

Do I really need to complete this? I am already registered for CCB and CCR. With Childcare and Vacation Care it is all handled by the providers. The information required is just a duplication of what Centrelink already has for us.

Is there an easier way to claim? Thanks!

I had to fill it out even though I'm registered for CCB/CCR.

There is non option with Kinder to pay as a reduced fee.
Yes, the whole form needs to be filled in for a Kinder rebate.
You will find some of the questions take into account you may be already registered for FTB and FTA and CCB/CCR.

Yes and when dd1 went through kindy I filled it out each term!!! I am going to save the term receipts and do it twice a year this time.

Yup you have to fill in the whole form every time. If you can I'd personally hold of til the whole year is over and claim all terms together. As long as you claim within 12 months of the first date on the receipt it will all be paid

Thanks! Oh well better suck it up and get the form completed.
Only have to deal with it for this year, so may just do 2 terms at a time.

I would do it once at end of year but I need that money back in my pocket!!!

I just remembered i actually picked up three forms at once and pre filled them with the wuestiond i could answer ready for term recipes last time.
