    Workout videos on youtube

    Can anyone recommend some good ones to look up? Being that we have apple tv in the lounge now it's easy to stream the video from youtube and follow it. There are so many out there so does anyone know any good ones???

    I found one on utube called 1000 calorie workout but can't remember by whom. Also Jillian Michaels has a few and they are good for a really quick workout that pushes you
