Yep but DS isn't immunised, now I just have to get around to taking the CO form in. Make a photocopy and take it in to them, they can be a bit slow with all this stuff!
I've received a letter stating that DS according to their records, isn't fully immunised. I also have an immunisation history statement proving he is. I know that he is, obviously centrelink can't communicate with Medicare very well now that they are under the one banner......
Has anyone else received this letter?

Yep, and they were partly correct (we weren't up to date) but also didn't list vaccines that the child had had. I rang them and gave details from the blue book. The Council has been behind in updating them.
Yes. I have submitted the CO form to Centrelink for DD1 6 times, and for DD2 4 times.
And few times a year I get letters from the Register and from CL telling they aren't up to date. I am about to do my nut, I tell you. I am getting really sick of them losing information. Sensitive information. Important information. And then receive letters threatening to cut off my FTB payments because their systems are the most incompetent and disorganised in the country.
And received another letter today re DS. CO forms were sent for both kids at the same time last year, but DS' has not been recorded. So, I send it again. Thankfully I kept copies!!
I got the letter too. So annoying.. DS is partially vaxxed and I have submitted a CO form, but silly me didn't keep a copy.. Annoying! So back to the Drs I go for another CO form.
Submitting co form to fao will not be processed. Has to go to immunisation register
Often your Medicare number changes (birth of younger child) and the link has to be re established.
I received the letter too. What's a CO form?
