Can some of you lovely ladies let me know how your hrt cycles went. Our fertility issue is my dh sperm count. We did ivf/icsc last september & got 8 5 day embryos. We have 5 still left frozen at present. My lining has now become thin following my d&c in February. I have been on 2mg progynova 3 times a day since day 2 of my cycle. I had my first scan yesterday (day 13) and my lining was only 6.7mm (my last natural cycle my lining got to 6.4mm). I have been told just to continue the progynova at the same dose for another week then have another scan. I feel that the transfer will be very late in my cycle as if my lining does get to an acceptable range next week then I has to be on progesterone pea series for 7 days before transfer. Not too sure what happens if my lining doesn't get to a good range by next week. I am feeling terrible from the progynova & just want to know its actually doing something.

I always had trouble with a thin lining during my FETs. Was on progynova and also estrogen patches at one point. With me they just kept me taking it and scanning every couple of days and waiting til it was thick enough. I think it was a couple of weeks sometimes. But I don't have a normal AF cycle so perhaps that's why they weren't bothered with taking their time.
