    Baby food in Thailand?

Does anyone know what's available? Is it easy to get?

DD2 will be 7 months when we go, so definitely on solids. I make my own foods when at home, but obviously won't on holidays. I've been told fruit you can peal is safe to give, but am wondering what jarred varieties are available too?

Personally I would keep up regular breastfeeds over solids (since it'd only be a few weeks into solids anyway?) and then like you said just use fresh fruits or smoosh up whatever I was eating and share

I took some of those organic pouches of food you can get as a back up when I first travelled with DD 1. They don't take up a lot of room or weigh much and you just declare at customs that you have food. Because it is packaged it should be ok.

I'm not sure about Thailand, but I went to Fiji when DS2 was about the same page and like the PP I took a stack of pouches (a mix of veg / custards etc) The was food at the hotel that was fine (wheat bix, yoghurt, mashed veg etc) but the pouches were easy when we were out and about and didn't take up much space.
