Family Assistance frequency change and online services

6 months ago, I changed the frequency of receiving my FTB, rent assistance to at the end of the financial year, so each fortnight it says my payments are $0.

I would like to change it back to receive payments fortnightly but I am unsure how to do this with online services. I cant seem to fins the option.

Does anyone have any idea if I am able to do this or do I need to call up?

We normally get it in a lump sum but have changed it to fortnightly. I rang yesterday and was told to just fill in the claim form online and if all is successful, it will start the fortnightly payments in 21 days. After we get our tax return, then we can put in the claim for the remaining portion of the year and we'll get the lump sum. HTH.

If it shows up as zero rate payment, you can call up and change the payments. It's not something you can currently do online (as far as I know anyway!)
