Hard belly & pulling sensation

For the last week or so my belly will go hard and I get a weir sensation like a pulling down feeling which makes me feel really weird, sort of make me feel sick almost. What is this? I'm 20wks.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks to me? Mine are so much stronger this time and really take my breath away at times. And some make me feel a bit off colour too.

Yes! Takes my breath away too. I thought BH hurt, like contractions? These don't hurt at all, just very uncomfortable and only happen if I'm on my back to long.

My bh never hurt they felt like my lungs were getting pulled down

Yes it's BH. I used to get a rush of adrenaline with mine. They were rarely painful but just like you described: hard belly, pulling sensation, feeling queer and often had to sit down.
