child support - proving care percentage

    Hi there
Has anyone been asked by child support to 'prove' how much or little care percentage they have or the other parent has?
If so - what have you done to prove it?
    Thanks!

    No i just told them.
But I guess the proof was how much Centrelink Fta+b I was getting?
another way to prove it would be any orders that you have? even a parenting plan?

He's saying he has her over 52 nights a year because his child support just went up and he's
Not happy. He doesn't have her over 52 nights though, so they said I have to prove he doesn't and he has to prove he does.

Ugh, I don't know about that one.

Parenting plan? or consent orders done?

We went to mediation but he refused to cooperate therefore we didn't get far. Court orders are from years ago when we lived 4 hours apart and haven't been relevant for years :/

Calendar with the days marked that he is meant to take her and the days marked that he doesn't. They've accepted this in the past as proof for our kids when he wasnt taking them as per consent orders. This was about 5 or 6 years ago now though sorry. Perhaps call them and ask what they want specifically?
