    Wait on lump sum reconciliations

I was wondering if anyone who roughly what the wait is on EOFY lump sum reconciliations??

I am desperate for ours and hoping it's not too far away.

    TIA,
    Dan.

I received our lump sum for 2011/12 FY last week. It was a five week wait. I'm still waiting for the 2012/13 lump sum and fortnightly payments for 13/14 to start and they were all lodged in the same week. Today is the beginning of week six. Centrelink told me it was a minimum 5-7 week wait back in the first week of July.

Sorry, probably not the answer you were hoping for.

I rang after we got my husbands tax back and was told it was a 4 week wait. When I saw my husbands info be put through online, I rang back and they did it right then and there. I got the money 2 days later.

I just got ours this morning, we got everything done as soon as possible so I guess that's around 4 weeks. However I suggest you call them which is what I did last week, turns out something hadn't gone through. When I phoned up it got fixed which promoted the payment iykwim.

Mine came in the day before my tax return. I did my tax through etax and had centrelink and tax returns in my account in under two weeks.

Thanks for the help ladies. I spent a hour on the phone yesterday and they processed my claim for me and I should have the money tomorrow.

I feel a bit bad I jumped que but I was about to get really desperate.

The lady I dealt with was absolutely lovely and really helpful. The last 3 times I have called (I very very rarely call) were all extremely helpful and so nice. I've made sure that I left positive feedback each time - sorry bit off topic.

    Thanks ladies.

Yeah definitely don't feel bad. We were really struggling too, which is why I ended up ringing when I saw my husbands tax was on their system.

If you log in to online services, go to "Family Assistance" in the left menu bar, and then "View Family Income History" - Select 2012/2013 from the drop down menu. It should have your estimates, plus your actual income (if ATO have done their part).

I received mine within 4-5 days of lodging DHs tax (online around the 4th of July). I rang centrelink July 1st to inform them that I wasn't lodging a tax return too. I've always got my centrelink before DHs tax return hits our account.
