19 month old with yucky poos

I had thought DS was getting more teeth through cos his poos have been a bit off, very clingy, but now i think he might have diarrhoea (sp?). I am breastfeeding, but not much because supply is down and i am pregnant so can't handle long nursing sessions.

he doesn't do dairy well. what food and fluids can i try, he doesn't seem very keen for much. Tried some cereal and bottled fruit - just to get some fluids and energy in but he wasn't interested. He is having a bit of water now, but wasn't keen earlier.

i think he has lost a bit of weight since i got pregnant, or not gaining as much anyway.

even offered him some slice and gingerbread but he just poked them.

    any suggestions?

He is having some breakfast and water now, so not as worried anymore.

Well, just in case, is it too cold for ice there? When my littlies are not drinking, they'll always have a play with some ice. Or a facewasher in the bath.

Has your milk changed to colustrum? Dd got very sticky poos when my milk changed.

Also my kids eat hydro lite icypoles when sick. Would they appeal to him?

My dd is sick too and it's really hard to see them unwell. It's this lack of sun I think...c'mon spring!!!

Can you make some favourite foods? I have things I know my kids eat - spag Bol, tuna casserole, pizzas- that I pull out when they are being fussy.

    Or frozen peas and corn?

Broth, if you can get him to eat it. Perfect for an upset gut.
